SHIPPING

Our socks are shipped to your designated address (including PO Boxes) via AusPost.
Orders including 4 or more pairs come with tracked shipping. We currently do not offer tracked shipping with 1-3 pairs of socks that are sent via standard post.

Your socks should be delivered within the following timeframes:

Express delivery is a flat rate $5.95, no matter how many pairs you purchase.

Your socks will be dispatched within 2 business days of the payment being processed. 

At this stage we only ship Down Under, however if you subscribe to our emails we will notify you when our International Shipping kicks off. If you think your country deserves an invasion of animal socks, then let us know via our contact form

If you choose the Express Shipping option at checkout with a subscription in your cart, the first pair of socks in your subscription will be shipped via Express Post. However, any sequential pairs thereafter will be sent via Standard Post (you will not be charged the Express Shipping fee again).

SUBSCRIPTIONS

For monthly subscriptions, you will be charged for your first edition at the time of purchasing the subscription. If a monthly subscription is created on the 10th of February, the second payment will be charged on the 10th of March, and so on. 

For gift subscriptions, the total cost of the subscription is charged at time of purchase. 

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at admin@feedmesocks.com.

Half the fun of a subscription is not knowing exactly which pair you’ll receive! If there are any particular breeds or animals that you’d love to receive then let us know via our  contact form.

No, each subscription category features a sock of the month. If you purchase two subscriptions to the MonthlyMeow, you will receive two pairs of the same design each month.

Only one monthly ongoing subscription can be purchased per PayPal account, however multiple up-front gift subscriptions can be purchased with the one PayPal account.

If you would like to purchase multiple gift subscriptions but have them sent to different addresses, please purchase each gift subscription individually so you can change the shipping address at checkout. 

The first edition of your gift subscription will be sent within two days of the payment processing.

If you are purchasing the gift subscription for someone else and would like the first shipping date to be delayed, please write your preferred starting date in the Order Notes on the Checkout page. 

SOCKS

Our socks work on a one-size-fits-all basis; however they do stretch well and have been tested on many feet, comfortably fitting most adult sizes from a ladies size 6 foot up to a men’s size 12. 

Our super comfy socks are made of 75% cotton, 22% polyester and 3% spandex.

We recommend turning your socks inside out when washing, and only washing in cold water. Avoid bleaching or ironing. To reduce damage, line dry your socks, otherwise tumble dry on low heat if you’re in a rush to get that perfect outfit!

Here at Feed Me Socks, we strive to be an eco-friendly business, and are constantly making improvements to benefit our environment. Our socks are packaged with recyclable materials, and our plastic waste is kept to the bare minimum. The amount of paper that we use in our office is also reduced, and hence we do not send paper invoices with our orders.

Our high-quality socks are designed to last, so you won’t be discarding them anytime soon and should get plenty of wear out of them. We also encourage our customers to recycle their old socks with our second-hand use tips, so they’re not just turned into landfill.

All of our socks are designed here in Australia, and crafted overseas in China. We have ensured that our suppliers operate in accordance with the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), which guarantees every employee is of legal working age, that they receive fair renumeration and decent working hours, and are provided with a safe working environment. ORDERS

If you aren’t 100% happy with your socks, you have the right to return all products you have bought from www.feedmesocks.com for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them. Contact us on our website or email us at admin@feedmesocks.com to organise the return.

All items must be unused with labels and packaging in their original form. We ask that you cover the shipping charges when you return or exchange any product. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange or refund request. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method that was used when purchasing the order. You will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges, if there were any.

We work hard to ensure that our products are in top-notch condition, however if you receive a pair that you believe are faulty please email us at admin@feedmesocks.com with an image of the faulty socks and we will reply to you as soon as we can.

Email us at admin@feedmesocks.com as soon as any of your details change, and we will be sure to update them on our end.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

We don’t sell gift certificates however our gift subscriptions make for the perfect gift! There’s even an option to produce a little certificate for free once the gift subscription has been purchased!
